Booking Terms
- Please be sure to read the accommodation instructions carefully before booking.
- After reading the accommodation instructions, book the room through the official website. Breakfast is not included.(additional purchase instructions are in the notes below).
- Please pay the full payment within 3 days (start counting from the day you book), the reservation will be canceled if we don’t receive the payment in 3 days. If you’ve booked a room for a day within 3 days of making the reservation, you must pay in full on the day of booking.
- Contact us through e-mail/LINE within 3 days of booking, with date and name included. Accommodation Instruction Consent form will be sent after the booking information is checked. Please confirm and reply with agreement. If the form is not completed, the reservation will be canceled.
- You will receive a “check-in form” through e-mail/LINE 3 days before your arrival, please fill up the form before 12:00 on the day you arrive, otherwise you will not be able to get the password (after 13:00) on the day you arrive.
Please note
- Make sure all guests in your party understand the rules of accommodation. Please follow the rules, otherwise we have the right to reject your reservation.
- Real name, number of people staying,ID/passport number, cell-phone number, address and e-mail are included and required for booking information.
- The payment does not include meal expense. You can purchase a vegetarian breakfast when booking a room, or add on to the check-in form 3 days before. You must pay the fees in advance.
How to change the order
- You can cancel the room 3 days before, with a handling fee deduction of $30NT. Payment will be returned in 3 days.
- We do not accept cancelations within 3 days of the reservation, but we will hold your payment for 6 months, within which time you are welcome to reschedule your visit.
- We also do not accept changes to reservations on the day you are scheduled to check-in, but we will hold your payment for 6 months, within which time you are welcome to reschedule your visit.
- Please call or contact us online if the booking needs to be canceled or postponed. Information such as the date of your booking and name will be needed.
How to pay
- You will be charged the full payment upon booking.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the booking is made, please be sure to pay within 3 days (starting on the day that you book), make sure to leave the information of the payment transfer.
- If booking a room for a date within the coming 3 days, payment must be made in full on the day of booking.
- Reservations will be canceled if we do not receive payment within 3 days.
- You can transfer payment through credit card, ATM, Apple Pay and mobile payment (if you use a Taiwan Traveler Card to pay, please go on the website to apply for possible write-offs on your own).
